Administrative Specialist needed for local business in Chillicothe,OH.

This position will require a self starter who can manage all administrative aspects of a company with little over-site.

 

Desired skill set:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with multi-line phone.
  • Ability to professionally direct calls or take messages
  • Obtain proper paperwork from new hires and conduct orientation of benefits/policies
  • Must be able to properly handle customer payments and invoices
  • Obtain shipping quotes, schedule freight pickups
  • Ability to carry out written and oral instructions
  • Must be able to read, copy and record figures accurately and to monitor deadlines
  • Participate in all aspects of sales to help grow the current market

Wage & Benefits:

  • $11/hr to start
  • First shift schedule
