Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:

*Responsible for assisting customers, Sales Representatives and Distributors by answering questions involving the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Telesis product line via telephone or email.


*Must be able to comprehend engineering concepts, designs and software applications.

*Must possess excellent communications, motivation and coaching skills.

*Must be able to help customers diagnose and solve problems over the telephone.
